1. Eligibility: Membership in the Gospel and Christian Music Association (GCMA) is open to Gospel music fans, Gospel and Christian music artists, musicians, songwriters, and industry professionals, including record labels, publishers, producers, recording studios, talent agencies, radio stations, bloggers, and related entities.
2. Membership Term: All memberships are valid for one calendar year. Memberships must be renewed annually to maintain active status.
3. Application Process: Prospective members must complete and submit a membership application form, along with $10 payment of the annual membership fee. Applications are subject to review and approval by the GCMA Membership Committee.
4. Renewal: Membership renewal notifications will be sent out 60 days prior to the expiration date. 
5. Member Benefits: Members are entitled to early access to tickets and information on events.
6. Code of Conduct: All members are expected to uphold the values and mission of GCMA. Members must conduct themselves professionally and ethically in all interactions related to the association. Any behavior deemed inappropriate or harmful to the association’s reputation may result in suspension or termination of membership.
7. Privacy and Confidentiality: GCMA respects the privacy of its members and is committed to protecting their personal and professional information. Member information will not be shared outside the organization without the member’s consent, except as required by law.

By joining the Gospel and Christian Music Association, members agree to abide by these rules and to contribute to the success and integrity of the association.
